The Founder accepts the responsibility to preserve the integrity of WITEL House of Solutions and to ensure that the Institution remains faithful to the principles upon which it was established.
Leadership shall begin with example before instruction.
No standard shall be demanded of others that the Founder is unwilling to uphold personally.
Every decision shall seek first to strengthen the Institution before benefiting the individual.
The Constitution shall remain the supreme internal authority of the Institution, and all leadership shall operate within the framework of its principles, governance and standards.
The responsibility of leadership is therefore not merely to direct the Institution, but to protect its purpose, preserve its integrity and prepare it for those who will come after.
